Account Information:

Phone number (for Signal messaging)
Email address (for account management)
Payment information (processed by Stripe; we don't store card numbers)

Conversation Data:

Messages you send to PocketAI
Information you ask PocketAI to remember (notes, passwords, preferences)
Files or documents you create through the Service

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the Service: Your AI needs your conversations to help you
To improve your experience: Your AI remembers your preferences
To communicate with you: Service updates, billing, support
To prevent abuse: Detecting violations of our Terms

3. What We DON'T Do

❌ We do NOT share your data with advertisers
❌ We do NOT access your conversations unless required by law or to fix technical issues you report

            

4. Data Isolation

Each user's data is completely isolated:

Your AI cannot see other users' data
Other users' AIs cannot see your data
Your memories and notes are encrypted at rest

5. Data Retention

Active accounts: Data retained while you're subscribed
After cancellation: Data deleted within 30 days
On request: You can request immediate deletion anytime

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of your data
Delete: Request deletion of all your data
Correct: Update inaccurate information
Export: Download your memories and notes

7. Third-Party Services

We use limited third-party services:

Signal: For encrypted messaging (see Signal's Privacy Policy)
Stripe: For payment processing (see Stripe's Privacy Policy)
Anthropic/OpenAI: For AI processing (conversations are not stored for training)

8. Security

We protect your data through:

End-to-end encryption via Signal
Encrypted storage for sensitive data (passwords, notes)
Isolated user environments
Regular security reviews

9. Children's Privacy

PocketAI is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
